Theory and Practice of Area Studies

The course is aimed at the development of knowledge about area studies as a research field and skills of area analysis. This knowledge will help to deepen the understanding of the laws of socio-economic development at the global and regional levels and expand the tools of sociological analysis of specific geographically localized social systems.
