Methods of Sociospatial Analysis

The amount and quality of spatial data is growing every year. For sociologists, this kind of data becomes an important source of knowledge about social processes. This course develops basic skills in QGIS - a software environment for processing and analyzing spatial data. In addition, the objectives of the course are to show how spatial data can help to study social processes in more detail, and how to present the findings of socio-spatial analysis.
